ADULT TERM TIME GROUP COACHING
During the term we provide Group Coaching sessions for Intermediate/Improvers, Cardio Tennis and Blood Sweat & Tears.
As our coaching team expands we shall be offering more varied group sessions, in particular a Beginners class, so do watch this space.

- Medium Intensity
- No high loading on joints so perfect for all abilities
BLOOD SWEAT & TEARS
• Exclusive to WAM Tennis
• Fast paced session packed with Spanish drills to achieve technique + understanding of shot selection
• Get fit and improve your tennis at the same time!
• Available to any YELLOW ball players, including youngsters (all levels, except beginners)
• It's never too late to start playing!
• Emphasis on basic technique for all the shots in tennis
• Become confident in understanding the game
• Fun games - leading to an understanding of basic matchplay
Private coaching is available for 1:1 or a joint lesson.
Prices vary according to duration/group size.

• Progress to matchplay games to encourage tactics in a live environment.
